2017 Exhibition Updates

Good News: I’m honoured to have been asked to join a small group of local artists at an Exhibition in Koroni, organised by the Syllogos – for a few days after Easter. The venue is the Tarsouli Mansion, which happens to have been the subject of several of my sketches…. It’s the lovely old building with arches on the seafront in Koroni – opposite Moxlos square. The exhibition will run (evenings only) from Tuesday 18th to Saturday 22nd April from 6.00pm – 9.30pm. Do drop by if you are in the area.

Not-so-Good News: We have some rather disappointing news concerning our July Exhibition in Bury-St-Edmunds this year. Unfortunately the Edmund Gallery has closed down, rather suddenly and unceremoniously, leaving quite a few artists in the lurch. As a result, I will not now be exhibiting in Bury this year as there is, surprisingly, no alternative gallery space in the town at present. So we will unfortunately not now be having an exhibition in the UK in 2017. It is very disappointing of course – flights had been booked and arrangements made…but it could have been a whole lot worse if the gallery had closed just before the event was due to take place!

Summer News: The Summer Exhibition in Koroni is still on! From 10th-19th August I will have a solo show in Ninette’s Dance Studio, next to her shop ‘Antiques at the Harbour’, near the school in Koroni. We will open mornings and evenings, as per last year. I will keep you posted if any further exhibitions should get scheduled.

Meanwhile, if you are in the Koroni area, you are always very welcome to visit my small home-studio in the back-streets of Harakopio. We’re not far from Taverna Fagopoti on the corner (where they have great live music most Friday evenings) Just email/phone first to make sure I will be there when you drop by – to check I’m not off on my travels! You will need to park in the Harakopio car park and walk up as there’s no space to park but I’m happy to meet you in the car park or at the taverna – it’s only a 2 minute stroll from either!
